Hey guys, Gateway laptop started BSODing increasingly. IRQL not less or equal error...I got the last two minidumps attached. Could someone please tell me if it's a hardware or driver problem?
It seems to be increasing when display is working hard, like in heavy video files or games. my Video driver is an intel on board one.

Hi! I really appreciate your help so far, it's nice that there's a place like this. I updated the Wireless Device driver and everything was smooth for a week!
A few minutes ago it crashed again (pretty hard I think). This BSOD didn't have a title (like previous 'not less or equal').
I'm adding the jcgriff2 the PERFMON HTML file in a .zip bag. any ideas guys?

There's a free version of AVG running. Do you think that might be it? or maybe I didn't update the driver correctly?
Well I have seen AVG cause problems with some system configurations before. This is the first time I've seen it interfering with a intel wireless device though.
You could remove avg and use MSE for a bit and see how that goes MSE is also free.
