    BoD on Dell Vostro 460 - 0x80000000000000

    Hi Guys,

We installed a couple of new Dell Vostro 460 machines about a month ago.
I have recently noticed random BoD on certain machines.
All machines have the exact same hardware, software, and setup.

We have collected the required Debugging data as per your guide.

    Machine Specs are as follows:
    Dell Vostro 460
    OEM Windows 7 64-Bit Professional
    Intel Core i5 2400 3.10 GHz
    4GB DDR3 Memory
    500GB SATA II HDD
    DVD RW

    Please assist.
    Thanks in advance.

Upgrade/update any products from DameWare, these products found on your system are obsolete

Upgrade to a newer version of Kaspersky Antivirus/security Suite, you seem to be using version 2009
    Product Updates

    Thanks very much yowanvista,

I going to add to your reputation directly since I am positive the Kaspesky is the issue here.
That last thing we were busy doing before the BoD started was Kaspersky installations.
    You confirmed our suspicions.

Dameware will just be removed completely.

    Thanks again.

You just have to upgrade to newer versions of Kaspersky :)
