Your msconfig shows you have two different video cards. If you are running two then try using only one and if the crashes continue then switch the cards.

Code:
atikmdag.sys Tue May 24 22:40:32 2011 (4DDC6C20)
Update your video card drivers - ATI Radeon

Enable driver verifier - Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Prime95: All three tests (Small FFTs, Large FFTs, Blend) for 3-4 hours each or until fail - https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

That's correct, I've been using the onboard GPU for one of my 3 screens. I had my system hooked up like that since december last year (5 months before first BSOD) without any problems.
I switched the onboard GPU off in the BIOS now and hooked the third screen up to my graphics card.

I've updated my graphics drivers a few days ago, but I got a BSOD about a day later. I've updated them again today.

I enabled the driver verifier.

Prime95 is running the Large FFTs test now, small FFTs ran for 4 hours and 6 minutes and gave no errors. I'll update after I finished both remaining tests.

Ok. Also try using only one monitor for the time being.

I've disabled driver verifier just a minute ago (because I had no BSOD after more then 24 running). So far everything's been running stable. I'll report back if anything happens.
