okay i got a blue screen again, i got a nvlddmkm error and here are some more mini dumps. I did everything but uninstalled the bitdefender, because it's a bought version. If i can uninstall it and then reinstall it that would be nice, otherwise it would be a waste. I did some research on Nvlddmkm and that is my graphics card driver. It's up to date. Anyways here are the mini dump files. B.t.w. if you didn't know, i have an Nvidia 9500GT Graphics Card installed. The Card is made by MSI. I think you already knew that. For internet, by cable i am hooked up to a netgear router that's hooked to my isp's modem.

There are 4 memory dumps from today (12 Jun 2011)
2 blame video, 2 blame networking (including one that blames your BitDefender)
BTW - don't forget to turn Driver Verifier off. You can do this by opening the program, selecting "Delete existing settings" and clicking the Finish button - then reboot the system.

One error is a STOP 0x116 - which points to a video driver (but can be the hardware also). Have a look at the troubleshooting steps in this link: STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

For the networking errors, please uninstall BitDefender, then IMMEDIATELY install a freshly downloaded copy of it and IMMEDIATELY update it. If you can use the current license that's OK - but it must be a fresh download in case the current copy that you have is corrupted. If that doesn't work for you, then uninstall it and install a free antivirus such as Microsoft Security Essentials (google for it). Then, after we're done here, you can reinstall the BitDefender.

Please also uninstall your Acronis program as it's drivers date from 2007 and there have been some issues with this and Win7. As stated previously, if you want to reinstall it - please wait until we're finished working on the system.

Please update or remove the programs for these following older drivers:
OLDER DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please update these drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
- Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers:

Here is my last dump since i reinstalled bitdefender. I no more installed bitdefender back on and run the driver verifier and when it restarted it had a blue screen. Other than running the verifier, i don't have any problems. I do have a problem with networking on one of my programs updating.

The next thing to update is your Realtek Networking Drivers
I notice from the SystemInfo report that you're using a Realtek PCIe Fast Ethernet (FE) device. And that you have a Realtek PCI Gigabyte Ethernet (GBE) device that's going unused. The specs of the system (from here: eMachines Official Site - - ET1641-02w Product Details ) show only one Ethernet port.

Have you installed another ethernet card? If so, why?
If not, please do the following in this order (DON'T do this if you've installed another Ethernet card - I have something else to try):
- download new ethernet drivers for Win7 (for the PCIe FE device) from this link (DO NOT install them yet): Realtek
- download new ethernet drivers for Win7 (for the PCI GBE device) from this link (DO NOT install them yet): Realtek
- uninstall any software for both of these devices from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
- go to Device Manager and right click on each device. Select "Uninstall" - and when it asks if you want to remove the drivers, place a checkmark in that box (to remove them) and click on OK.
- then install the PCIe FE drivers, then install the PCI GBE drivers.
- check to see if the BSOD's have stopped (with Driver Verifier running)

I had an additional card added because I thought my on board family controller was bad. And then another card I had I replaced the dialup modem with because there would be empty slots with holes in the back of my computer. If you need me to disable them I will. Windows did an update on the adapter that I replaced the dialup modem with this morning. I will work on the other adapter update later unless you tell me to do other wise. Just let me know. I've got the extra hardware to make my computer look better and if one of my adapters quit I can try another.

I did an update on all the realtek stuff, then i did a driver verification again......and nothing happened and i ran it for quiet a while. Needless to say long enough that if i had bitdefender installed, it would've crashed pretty quick. I want to say that i had problems outta bitdefender. That was just one sensitive antivirus. There for a while i think it was blocking the other computer in my homegroup. Well it's like this, Generally while running bitdefender, i would get a blue screen in no time. Without it, nothing has happened. Bitdefender blocked another program from updating. No matter what i did to configure the program, the http scanner on the bitdefender was blocking my other program from updating. Also it gave me some problems with skype. So to sum it up if you don't have any knowledge about bitdefender, It's just too sensitive to run with a whole lot of programs. Not to mention, it seems it clashes with drivers. If i get a blue screen again in regular mode, i will get back with you in a new thread, Unless you just want to keep this one open. For me it looks as if things are going to be okay. To end this i just want to say thank you for your help, because i know bitdefender was in one of the dump files and that led me to the decision to uninstall it for good and just see what happens with another A.V. software. So if you have any other posts with a B.S.O.D., some users might be using Bitdefender and taking it off might be the solution for their p.c. For me i've always liked avast, but i got the bitdefender cheap. Won't do that again.
