I removed the preinstalled Norton package and reinstalled Avast and that seemed to stop the BSODs that occurred when I transferred large files, but I just got another BSOD during normal use. The latest crash dump is attached.

    Please help!

    Hello,

Install SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

If that doesn't fix the problem, please post back with a full jcgriff2 report: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

You may run driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Do you have the option of using a wired internet connection (ethernet) instead of the wireless? If so, turn off the wireless switch on the laptop, if there is one, or disable the wireless in the BIOS.

I turned on the driver verifier, but instead of giving a BSOD, it just froze and no dump was created.
The crashes only occur when iTunes is running and occurs only ~5 minutes after beginning playback.

Keep Verifier running for 24 hours; see if it BSODs at all during that time. Also, try using the ethernet connection instead of the wireless, and disabling/turning off the wireless card.
