    Two problems of note

1- AVG is blamed in a few. I would remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials

Download tools and utilities | AVG Worldwide

Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

2-PICIDEX.SYS blamed in others. Please update to SP-1

Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 from the Microsoft Download Center
