No explorer.exe, After I log in (auto log in) only shows background

After I log in(Auto log in because there's only 1 account) it only shows the background, everything seems to work fine because there are programs that need admin's. authorizations and the screen gets darker so it shows the green darker when the computer gets in, but I can't do the Ctrl+Alt+Del, after I do the Ctrl+Alt+Del command the screen gets all black -- Memory test: OK, Windows Installer Repair: OK, Now I am on Safe mode with networking, Can someone help me out please?

Run a secure file check from safe mode.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

See if it comes back with any errors.

You could try hitting F8 at bootup and selecting 'Boot From Last Good Configuration' or do a System Restore in safe mode.

Try a different antivirus, I'd recommend Avast Antivirus. Download and scan in Safe Mode.

Let us know if this works.

you are in a repair install situation here.
    Repair Install

If you can even manage to get that to work. It's the only way I can think of that doesn't involve the loss of your data though.
