I now suspect we are dealing with a faulty hard drive. Run SeaTools: SeaTools for Windows | Seagate

You still have a 3+ year old driver installed Related to] Px Engine Device Driver for Windows 2000/XP from Sonic Solutions. It is the cause of at least one driver verified crash. (PxHelp20.sys)

I would update it or un-install it.

While not critical, it was blamed in one BSOD (verified) and is used by AnyDVD. I would at least update that (or better yet remove it)

If Anydvd is not listed in programs and features you may have removed it in the past.

Try renaming the file from PxHelp20.sys to PxHelp20.bak. That will prevent it from loading but if anydv is on y our system it may complain.

Hello, I've had intermittent BSOD over the last few weeks or so. Here is my info: Win 7x64 Original OS installed on this drive. Full Retail Version System hardware is all less than 2 years old OS install is approx. 9 months old IIRC.
