I have just completed the MemTest, it took one hour, and passed, no errors.

yes, but I guess it must be my crappy motherboard, ecs a790gxm-ad3, everybody says it is terrible and it have problems with memory sticks and everything. will replace for an asus.

To be sure though simply have the test run overnight.
Maybe is memory ram issue after all.
You can also find and use other compatible memory sticks,(from a friend maybe).
Dont buy a new motherboard yet,first try the above steps.
