BSOD Windows not shutting down

When shutting down the pc it just restarts and I have to manually just press the button and thoughts how to fix this?

A DVD/CD/Multimedia burning(iTunes?,Noton Safe and Restore?, Gear products?) program is the cause
Remove such programs to fix BSODs
Download Malwarebytes
Install, update it and run a system scan

Will do, ill let you know what the outcome is I dont have Norton.. I hardly use iTunes I could remove that I use CDBurner to burn stuff...
