    BSOD after waking from sleep mode


    Hello all, I'm having a headache of a time trying to keep my computer from re-booting after sleep mode. My computer wakes but goes directly to BSOD. I used the app Bluescreenview and it points to this file ntoskrnl.exe generating this this bug check string: (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION).
    I dont know what software this file is associated with, but I've searched on this forum and found this it to be a real problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    It seems that I solved my own problem. I read on another board that the Win7 o/s has bugs using sleep mode after 4gb of memory, and I have 8gb. So, I set everything up using hibernation mode, and no more bsod.

Usually I get this when waking up from sleep mode. I've gotten BSODs randomly as well, not really doing anything. I've tested my RAM, and torture tested my CPU and GPU and they seem solid. Any ideas?
