BSOD while running torrents-driver_irql_not less or equal

I have a new Dell N4010 (purchased 8 days ago), with preinstalled genuine Windows 7 Home basic. It crashes everytime I run any torrent programme. The blue screen mentions some netio.sys driver. I have no clue what is happening.

    Please help.

This tools generates a folder called Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2
You must compress this folder and attach it here. You uploaded the wrong file

All crashes were caused by McAfee security Software, please remove such software and use MSE instead

Old thread but my fix was as follows for BitTorrent, all downloaders have similar settings

BSOD after BSOD after BSOD running BitTorrent on win 8.1 I finally found the solution. Been running now about an hour with no interruptions. Didn't last so much as 5 minutes before. I don't know if ALL the steps I did are necessary but this is what I did

Options - preferences - Advanced - Disk Cache - UNCHECK enable caching of disk writes, and UNCHECK enable caching of disk reads. The only thing checked on this screen is "Reduce memory usage when the cache is not needed"

current torrents and new torrents added still working perfectly...

    Thanks Desert.
I was getting Bsod after Bsod just like you and went so far as to look up the stop 0x000000d1 error - "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal". Apparently it means that something (torrent client) tried to access a pagefile address where it din't have access. After getting its meaning, I desperately searched for ways to disable pagefile for a SINGLE program (utorrent) but couldn't find any. All this time it din't strike me to look in advanced preferences in client itself...

    Thanks again.
