    AtiPcie.sys - Startup crashes

First of all, I just want to say right now that I am only a 16 year old kid, so I don't exactly have much knowledge of a computer. I know my way around it, but I'm no computer genius. Now onto the problem...

I have a Toshiba Satellite L505 laptop, which I got last September. Last night, I was on facebook and it was acting extremely slow. So I decided to restart my computer, and when I rebooted it, I left the room and when I came back, it was checking/updating my C: drive. After it had finished setting all that up, it began to load up, and the problems started immediately. It got to the initial home screen after the update, but crashed within 2 minutes of it.

Now, the problem is that it won't startup at all. I'll get to a screen where I can choose Startup Normal or Repair my PC. I've ran about 14 repair attempts, none working. I have also tried a system restore 4 times to the 4 available time locations, but none of the restores would work.

I've tried running the PC in Safe Mode, and Safe Mode with Networking, however, none of them succeed to work. When it loads the needed drivers, it takes the most time on AtiPcie.sys and then crashes afterwards.

I do not have a restore disk either. My computer did not come with one, and I was naive at the time I bought my computer and failed to actually make a backup.

I can't really post any logs or anything either, because, well, I can't actually get in my computer to do anything or get anything.

I read somewhere where if I load the Command prompt and delete the AtiPcie.sys driver, that when I restart my computer it'll re-install that driver, but I have not yet tried that because I am unaware at what that will do, and I do not wish to ruin my PC anymore than it currently is.

So, if you could actually help me figure out how to fix my PC, I will greatly appreciate it.
