BSOD Locale ID 1033...when doing just about anything

Hey all, i'm new to the forum, but it's not good news that brings me here. 2 weeks ago i updated my HD 6850 drivers and since then its been crashing every once in a while, and i keep getting the same message [i think]. I thought rolling back the driver would've solved it but apparently not.

The error report goes as follows

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF80003071047
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: 000000007EFA0000
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\063011-25537-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Marky\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-103381-0.sysdata.xml

I attached the two files mentioned in the error report.
I'd REALLY appreciate any help i could find.

Hello djchiniebwoy & Welcome to SevenForums!

I'm very knew at reading .dmp, just to warn you up.

    Your minidump contains this:
    Code:
    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!RtlImageNtHeaderEx+3f )
Could you try doing a clean install of your graphic driver?

    Best Regards,
    FredeGail

Thanks for the reply FredeGail. Assuming you mean uninstalling the drivers, then re-installing them, then I did that already....it still happens though.

Sidenote: maybe i'm being paranoid....but every time it happens i'm either opening, or working in Google Chrome....

I'm going to uninstall Chrome....then do another clean install of my graphics drivers...then test it out for a bit...then see if there's a newer version of chrome....and do a clean install of that as well.

Checked your dumpfile.. its got a 1E bugcheck. Usual causes:
Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS

    So that's just about everthing
It did happen whilst in Chrome, I can see that... but I'm not sure yet if that is the real culprit.

Can you post full details as per these instructions please? I only see 1 dumpfile now...

    Ok, Here you go.

    System Specs

Processor - AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
    MotherBoard - ASRock 870Extreme3 (version 1)
    Memory - 2 x 2GB G.Skill Ripjaws Edition (ddr3 1600)
    HDD - 1xWD Caviar Blue, 500GB @ 7200RPM,
1xFujitsu (random hard drive from my old laptop), 100GB @ 5400RPM(i think)

GPU - HIS AMD Radeon HD 6850

    PSU - Corsair TX650W
    Case - NZXT M59

System was built in December, that's when the OS was installed. No reinstallations of the OS has taken place.

NB: The current graphics card was bought and installed in May, aside from that the entire system was put together in December.

by the way thank you so much for the help, it's really appreciated.

You've got a couple of problems:

    If I'm not mistaken, your devices configuration will show at least two yellow warnings\;
    1. for a PS/2 keyboard (not working properly or not present)
    2. USB drivers for a device are not installed.

Please try to to update these or, if not needed, remove.
Also please try Safe Mode w/ Network and give Chrome all you've got...

If that gives you problems try: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Good luck!

But that's odd....there's nothing in the PS/2 port....and for the USB devices i have attached, they've all been attached since January or so, why's the problem just surfacing?

I'm still gonna try updating all drivers of my USB peripherals, and i'm gonna mess around with chrome in safe mode as well.

    Thank you MvdB!!
