BSOD When Downloading and when on computer for more than a few mins.

I am getting the BSOD with the error message bad pool caller and sometimes header. I have a computer that I bought from Newegg last summer. It came pre installed with Windows 7 64 bit. I have an AMD II X2 255 Processor 4 gb of ram
