Frequent BSOD problems

    This morning I woke up and almost immediately upon using my computer I got another BSOD, this one with the message

    "Modification of system code or a critical data structure was detected."

    It took me 3 tries after that to successfully start up the computer. The sound failed to work on the first reboot, then explorer crashed almost immediately upon the second reboot.

    I've attached the latest report info. Will someone please help? My desktop is essential to both my professional and personal life.
