Yes, at the moment I'm hoping the error message was caused by a hard fault from one of the other two drivers.
The component itself is a amd component that windows loads itself.
If you want to check for windows file corruption sfc is the easiest way.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

The earliest one is actually the most worrying as it points to the processor management.
That could be a really bad thing. Lets deal with the solveable drivers for the moment
Follow the above for graphics, and honestly I would just remove pctools right now.
I definitely agree with Maguscreed about the pc tools remove!
Pc tools are famous bsod source.
