Computer has black screen at start, please assist
Let me spin a little web for you. It begins with my computer having frequent crashing issues with Starcraft 2, Team Fortress 2, and any other game I play on it. The crashing drove me mad to the point where I just decided to open it up, and put some new heat sink fluid onto the heat sinks.
Now, here is where things get interesting, I got the computer back on but the mouse and keyboard no longer work, I worked my ass of to get the mouse and keyboard to work, and I finally did it. But then the worse happens, my LCD screen goes pitch black. It has the backlight that brightens the screen still, but it still displays nothing. I open the computer (AGAIN) to see what is wrong, and would you believe it, the LCD connector is a bit out of place. (It tips off of one side because it does not go completely inward. So, I took the plug out to find out that some of the tiny golden rods inside of the plug were bent. I straightened them out, and got a good connection in. But, the LCD screen is still black as Mr. Popo from DBZ. Somebody please help me, my life is on that computer and I am low on cash until I get a job, and I cannot get a job without a computer! (Everything is digital, and I am going native)
If you need my specs My computer is a Samsung NP R480 JAN1US
6GB of RAM
Intel I3 processor 2.13 GHz
I believe the video card was 1gb
All drivers were updated before I made this mess.
I am really hoping to solve this problem, if I send this to best buy with my warranty it will take them 3 weeks to fix it, I need a job before In do that so please help.
