Win7x64 0x01e BSOD (possible overclock cause)
Hi there,
Somebody here (I think) posted a nice app called something like minidump reader with GUI. Can't find it no matter what.. (In case somebody knows what I'm talking about, please could you remind me the location of it?)
anyways, I decided to post my minidump files here.
It's an i7-2600K overclocked to 4.8GHz with "offset mode" voltage, max 1.448V which seemed to be enough and stable for this set up until a few days ago when I saw the first in a while BSOD with 0x01E error. Usually in cases like mine it means not enough Vcore, but I'm no too sure about this.
That CPU sits in a ASUS Maximus IV Extreme motheboard. You can see the rest of my specs in "My System Specs" in my profile and below my posts.
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit Service Pack 1, full retail. Hardware 3 months old, OS over 1,5 years old, motherboard (and CPU and RAM once) changed twice since the OS installation. Though, I've had no problems with it.
I'm just about to update my BIOS to 1303, or one of my bioses... to the latest beta 1.850 from here: http://uleak.it/?0xl
Thanks for any advises!
