    BSOD: IRQL Less than or equal to...help appreciated!


    Hi guys,

    Been having a problem with the old BSOD. Seems to happen solely when I'm downloading something.

    Windows 7 OEM.
    64 Bit
    6 Gig
    ATI HD 5700 Graphics Card
    Intel 2 core i5 CPU 650@3.20GHz, 3201 Mhz.

    Hi Bouncycheetah welcome to SF

    Please follow these steps in that order,

    Uninstall macfee using the removal tool McAfee Removal Tool - Free Download

    Download install MSE Anti-Malware, Virus, Spyware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

    Download the most recent networking drivers for your system.

    Uninstall Your networking drivers.

    Install/Update Your networking drivers.

    Run a SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Wait and please post back with ANY results.

Hello. I am getting a random BSOD, usually after uptime of couple days. All BSODs are related to ntoskrnl.exe This issue started after a fresh OS install on new SSD. System is stable under prime95 (24+ hours). Memory checks OK, too. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
