BSOD after installing new hard drive, PLEASE HELP!

Last week I installed my new Hitachi Deskstar 1.5TB SATA 6.0 Gb/s hard drive. Windows recognized it right away and everything went smoothly as I transferred files over. A day later I started getting generic DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD's, but they only happened right after I woke up the computer from Sleep Mode. Before I installed the HD my computer was absolutely perfect with no problems so this made me think it was a driver issue. Updated all drivers with Driver Genius, but still BSOD after waking up computer (they are random, it doesn't happen after every wake).

My motherboard has two SATA III 6.0Gb/s ports. The first is occupied by my Crucial C300 SSD booting Win7 Ultimate x64, and the other with my new Hitachi. These are controlled by a Marvell 6.0Gb/s driver. I also have two SATA 3.0gb/s devices connected: a WD Black 1TB HD and an ASUS Optical drive. I'm starting to think it has something to do with either the Marvell Controller, or how these three hard drives are configured, but honestly I have no idea at this point. I'm usually well versed when it comes to troubleshooting BSOD's or any general problem with my PC but I cannot figure this out for the life of me so I'm hoping you guys can help me out!

    P.S.

Before you guys ask for a minidump file, trust me, i've tried! I don't know why, but when my PC BSOD's it won't generate a dump file. I have all the settings configured for the memory dump, but it will not produce. I opened up the computer and checked all connections and everything is okay. Did 1 pass of a memory test, and okay. Checked disk for errors, everything OK.

I attached a .rar with a few screenshots.

    Please HELP! Thanks

    MEMORY DUMPS - REQUIREMENTS

PAGING FILE – ENABLED AND MANAGED BY WINDOWS 7
    WIN + PAUSE/BREAK key combo |

in the Performance section, Settings button |
in the resulting Performance Options section, Advanced tab |
in the Virtual Memory section, Change button |
in the resulting Virtual Memory dialog, checkmark Automatically manage paging... |
    OK
button | OK button | OK button

    STARTUP AND RECOVERY SETTINGS

If you get a crazy message from Win 7 about your paging file being too small, then just ignore the message since we have already made sure that the paging file is set to be managed by Win 7.

ENABLE THE WINDOWS ERROR REPORTING SERVICE
WIN key | type SERVICES.MSC | ENTER key
Scroll down to Windows Error Reporting Service |
Double-click on Windows Error Reporting Service |
In the resulting dialog, General tab |
In the Startup type box, choose Automatic |
In Service status, Start button |
    OKbutton

You are the first. Those steps have never failed before.

a suggestion would be to perform a careful read of those steps and "re-perform" them.

I don't know what to tell you, still no dump file with all the settings.... This is getting really annoying, I might just do a fresh install with just the necessary drivers, no bloat ware.
