    BSOD from ntoskrnl.exe

    Hello everyone
After reading many forums i still can't find an answer for the following problem:

My system was running perfectly until i decided to change the GPU, from a GTX 8800 to a MSI 560 Ti Hawk.

During games or video editing programs i get BSOD crashes which appear randomly. I have also attached the minidump.
The problem seems to be pointing at:
    ntoskrnl.exe
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\ntoskrnl.exe, Win32 error 0n2

I have tried both to run memtest over night and also video memory test. No error here...

When i run driver verifier (start->verifier.exe) and choose the ntoskrnl.exe file, upon restart i can not boot in windows (same BSOD). I can only run system restore to log back in.

    System specs:
    Intel Q6600
    asus mobo
    4GB memory
    MSI gtx 560 Ti Hawk

Thanks everyone for taking you time to help.

    Hello,

I wonder if your PSU might be underpowering your new card. The old card demanded 105w, the new one 170. What is the make/model of your PSU?

Thank for Your reply and the summary of the dumps !

    It's Chiefteck 600 - 800 W (CFT-650-14C in think). I think it should be enough.

Still, try a better PSU, in case your current one isn't cutting it.

Just got this wired minidump, which says problem is caused by hardware.....

Random lags in games and more crashes sometimes with no minidump at all occur.

    Code:
    ADDITIONAL_DEBUG_TEXT:
Use '!findthebuild' command to search for the target build information.
If the build information is available, run '!findthebuild -s ; .reload' to set symbol path and load symbols.

    Just wanted to update again.

I have run future mark 2011 in high settings and i don't get any BSOD for about 30 min. One time the program stop responding, but PC didn't crash. I think future mark is much more intense than other games.

It seems i only have problems with games which i really don't understand why... even in games i never had problem in the past.
I am starting to think maybe it's a conflict with sound drivers but i can't figure out anything more alone.

I attach all the minidumps again, if someone wants to help please !!!
