BSOD...after looking at other examples on here, have failed to resolve

Hi guys...this is my first post, but have been using this site since my most recent bsod's, and would firstly like to say nice one to all you guys like jgriffiths, brink, and all you jedi's who lend ur expertise for free...I've learnt alot from you all and would be stuck without you.
    x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? - Windows 7 home premium 64 bit (upon purchase)
    - PC is custom built, OS was included in the price I payed, pre-installed by manufacturer but I have disc in my possession.
    - system was purchased end of November 2010
    - 6/7months old approx
    - OS has been re-installed as result of initial bluescreen (was unable to system restore at that time).

Since re-installing windows, I have tried various things to fix my bsods.
    - Realised Frame work 4 was missing so installed that.
    - did system disk integrity check (which reduced the frequency of bsod occurance, but still something is not right because I am unable to play games without screen flickering, jerkyness, and eventual crashing).
-updated to most recent ATI driver for video hardware, as I thought this would be problem, but still no change.
    - ran driver verifier which reported no problems.
    - have been using Windebug to translate dumps; many errors were bad memory pool messages.
-ran driverview to see out of date drivers...only massive discrepancy i can see, is the ASUS ATK0110 is dated 2005, but literally cant find an update anywhere for my OS, only a vista 64 bit driver which then is to be run in compatibility mode, but I dont like the sound of that. Tried uninstalling the current version of ATK0110, but windows instantly re-installed upon startup next time.
    - Installed latest update for my motherboard (not the ATK0110, something else), which caused instant blue screen, so rolled back to a system restore i made before I installed the update (that was the last bluescreen that occured).

I'm out of ideas now, however. If you would be so kind as to take a look at my dumps, and let me know what you see, that would be wonderful.

P.S: my original dump files (from the initial bluescreens) I placed manually into the attached zip file, because I dragged them out of the default dump folder (C:\Windows) to my desktop a few days ago, so I figured they might not have been picked up by your app when it scanned my pc. Hope I've attached/zipped it all up right (used 7 zip, which was pretty alien to me!).
Thanks guys - look forward to your insight.

       Information
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "
    ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
    Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005)

Hey yow, thanks for being so fast, and for your help :)

I have done as you asked, and downloaded the ATK0110 update from your link...strange thing is that when I try and open the setup file to install from the 64 subfolder, in the WIN7 folder, the installer doesn't appear to start. A window opens up really quick, and then disappears faster than it arrived...whats more from what I can make out in the short space of time before the window closes, it just looked like a cammand prompt screen, as opposed to a GUI install set up-type-thing.

You ever heard of anything like that? Interestingly it did the same thing when Itried to run the windows file system check application a few days back.

Open Device Manager, go to system devices, find the "ATK0110 ACPI UTILITY"
Right click on it and select 'update'>'Browse my computer for driver software'
Browse the path where the downloaded files are and click Next

This should update the driver :)

Unfortunately having done that, windows gives me a message saying it thinks the driver is already up to date...really bizarre? Driverview still sees it as 2005...

wait sorry, I'm being a noob...it DOES say 2011 now, just read it wrong.
Nice one for your help again, yow; I guess I'll try out some games and see if they run better now thats been updated...I'm not convinced its the graphics drivers causing the games to malfunction, because I updated them so recently this week.

    Thanks :)

    Hello Dtone85

Go to Device Manager Click on System Devices and right click on ATK0110, select update driver software, Browse my computer for driver software and Browse

Now point it to the folder that you have unzipped, x64, Win 7 and click on OK

Ignore this I was far too slow :)

Hey again Yow. Since our messages yesterday, I have turned my pc on this morning to recieve a crash, and then upon restart a BSOD. I've been trying to get into windows 7 to get access to the dmp file but I can't seem to be logged in long enough before it blue screens again....consequently I'm on my old laptop right now.

One thing I did manage to pick up before the last BSOD, was an error message/balloon on the bottom right of the task bar...saying "AMD Display Driver has stopped working", which was enlightening, because I get the feeling that this could be the root cause of my crashes/BSOD's upto this point.
I can't get in to view error mesages or run a debug of my dmp to find out which display driver is conflicting...but as soon as I can I'll upload the dmp here for you guys to give your insight.
If you have any thoughts/ideas at this point, please feel free to suggest.

    Thanks :)
