BSOD Error on newly built rig (Locale ID 1033)

*UPDATE: I've followed proper BSOD instructions and put the .rar of the BSOD Dump and System File Collection as well as the Performance Report HTML.

I've been getting this identical BSOD error message for the past few months I've had this rig up and running:
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: d1
    BCP1: 0000000000000009
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF880018E980F
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\032411-13790-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Rick\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-20170-0.sysdata.xml

That was an older error code, but its identical. I've attached the mini-dump from this problem I had a few days ago. Keep in mind, my CPU is overclocked, but I get this BSOD even when my video cards aren't overclocked.

I'll only get this error once every week, and it won't be doing anything in particular. This is a brand new PC rig I just built (all water-cooled) using SSD drives (60GB for OS, 200GB for gaming) plus a 1TB HDD for storage. I've turned superfetch off for the SSD's.

Motherboard memtest showed memory to be completely stable, as well as my CPU and GPU using OCCT and Prime 95 for 24 hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
