Hotspot shield is the cause, please remove it

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

    Code:
    sptd.sys fffff880`0101d000 fffff880`0117f000 0x00162000 0x4ceba9d9 23/11/2010 15:47:37

Thanks a lot for your answer. But have you looked at the latest dump file from the zip file I attached? I googled few days ago about sptd.sys and uninstalled daemon tools, but the problem persisted and today minutes before posting here I had another BSOD

Yes i've looked into it and Hotspot shield was indeed the cause of your BSODs
