Well the only way to verify memory corruption is to run memtest overnight.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Just checking in to tell you that the problem seems to have been my memory, ran memory test and it found 3300+ errors, then i tested all my sticks seperately and found one of my original 1 gig sticks went bad... Thanks for the help, my pc is running fine now.

Newly built machine randomly crashing
I just built a new machine a few days ago have been having some problems with it. The main problem is that it seems to, at random, get the BSOD when it's just sitting at the desktop. All parts are brand new straight out of the package and I'm running Windows 7 x64.
