I had already uninstalled and re-installed the nvidia driver before I saw your last message. I used the clean install option though. Everything was running great for a few hours. Even the random screen blinking had stopped. But while I was playing Starcraft II just now the system froze when I went to quit the game I was in, not the program just the game. I didn't get a BSOD, just a full on lockup.

My screens started to blink again today. I was playing Starcraft II just recently, and in the middle of the game I started getting all sorts of graphical anomalies, followed by heavy lag. This is the first time that this has happened. I closed Starcraft II. I didn't get a system crash. I called EVGA tech support. They want me to try one of my two video cards at a time to see if that is what is causing the screen blinking or possibly the other issues. Then for me to try using a different SLI bridge if both cards run problem free. Also, in relation to that "rivatuner" file I found out why I couldn't find it and where it was from. EVGA told me it is a part of their EVGA Precision program. I uninstalled EVGA Precision and my screen still blinks. Now I'm on to trying one video card at a time.

Well what you are now describing sounds like classic graphics card artifacts, that usually is an indication of a problem with one of the cards.
I would just follow with EVGA for now, you'll probably wind up needing to do a rma with them.

Hmm... I uninstalled EVGA Precision and did not put it back on. I also removed my second video card. I was playing Starcraft II, and the game crashed. My system didn't crash, and I saw no indication that anything was wrong. I saved a copy of the error report from Starcraft II to Word. It's 98 pages long. The big error seems to be this:

ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xC0000005)
occurred at 0023:00C28661. The memory at '0xFFFFFDE0' could not be read.

Does this look like a GPU or system memory issue or something else all together? Also, I would like to say thank you for all of your help so far.

EVGA seems to think that all my problems are caused by either using Kingston 1600 MHz RAM or G.Skill 2133 MHz RAM. Their stance is that Intel i7-2600K only supports 1333 MHz, so therefore anything faster than that is the issue. I've been running OC'd RAM for many years and never had an issue. It would seem like if this was the case that A LOT more people would be having problems, as the majority of people who build their own systems usually go with faster RAM. I will try to continue figuring this problem out. Also, Memtest86+ came back with no errors after two passes on the G.Skill 2133 MHz RAM.
