BSOD each time I use USBs.

Hi,
I have recently re-installed OS on my GFs laptop and since that fresh install it keep crashing everytime she use any of the USB ports.
There were some complications during the installation ..
since her CD/DVD-ROM take about 3-5 mins to read CDs/DVDs it is impossible to install windows by booting the CD.
Next I tried copying the windows to my external harddrive and changing boot options to USB - I still was unable to install the OS ( Ths may be because the USB cable on my Ext. HDD is kind of messed up)
So the last possible way of installing the Os was taking her harddrive and putting it into my laptop and installing the Os there - after the installation the install wiz. needed to restart so I turned it off and put the HDD back into hers laptop and finished the installation there, after installing all drivers from E-machines support I was finaly done and everything worked just fine. Until I copied the data she wanted to keep from my laptop to my external drive and plugged it in her laptop than the very first BSOD occured.

(( I used the product key on her laptop but it gave me the " your copy of win is not legal" or however it is so I reinstalled it again and disabled updates - but the BSOD still happen every time anything is plugged into any of the USBs))

I tried to get the latest USB drivers with Uniblue Driver Scanner, but when I try to install it ,it says that the installation was unssuccessfull .

Laptop : E-machines e525
OS : Windows 7 64-bbit
Machine age : about 2 years
if you need any other info let me know.

Here'r those files Instructions told me to post along with my thread.

WE actually need the dmps to analyze them

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.
