First BSOD since Windows Vista, in Windows 7

I'm not sure why my system is now doing this but it seems that it will suddenly freeze and quickly go to blue screen when I'm doing remedial type functions, browsing internet, or in photoshop, and at random other times. The system may even just be idle. I've had probably about ten or so BSODs in the span of about five months. They come at about every 3-4 weeks or so.

When I get the BSOD, the blue screen does show a "Memory Management" message before rebooting. I've attached the necessary files below.

Any insight? Hardware issue?

Kareem

Hi heyjoojoo

Please in this order,

Update your Saitek Virtual Disk Driver http://www.saitek.com/uk/down/drivers.php

Update your Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility http://support.asus.com/download/Opt...uage=en&type=1
The 2005 version of this driver is a known bsod cause. And YOU have the 2005 driver.

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+

-------------------
Post back with any results.
