    auto fill/correct wont work

Alright, so this happened a while ago, but i had another issue, so i decided to hopefully get this resolved as well. Also, if this is in the wrong forum, Im sorry - i figured it's a "de-bugging" issue.

So, the problem is that when i go to save something to my computer - or, if i were to open something, as well - the auto fill/correct (not sure if thats the term) wont work as it used to. What i mean is when you normally go to save a picture from the internet, for example, you'd go to type something like 'flower'. The second you hit the 'F' key, a pop-down menu would appear, and you'd get every file whose name begins with an 'F'. Well, mine just quit working randomly not too long ago, and i havent been able to figure out what to do. So, Im hoping somebody can help me on here. Im pretty sure i've explained this clearly, but just in case, Im attaching a half-assed screenshot, with the problem area circled.

    Thanks for reading!

    Check here first:

Windows Explorer AutoComplete - Turn On or Off

    Then post your results.

Well, i did the option with downloading the .reg file, because when i attempted to do it manually, there was no Append Completion option listed (pic below). The downloaded part worked - mostly - it will show names in the box, but no longer shows up with a drop-list of options. If this is as good as it gets, then thats cool. Just thought i'd share my results. Thanks for the help!
