I hate SetPoint. It caused me a lot of grief over the summer. Logitech makes some good hardware, IMO, but their software/drivers are absolutely terrible.

"Once again we were unable to successfully install Setpoint on your system" has to be one of the all-time lousiest installer errors known to modern man.

Had this same issue after upgrading my drivers for my Fusion3 gold HDTV card, I fixed it by doing a system restore to the driver that was working and that also seemed to fix the issue with explorer for now.
My error was complaining that the fault was ntdll.dll but every time I try to update to the latest drivers for this card the issue seems to return and I to can usually eventually get the explorer to work in the run task box in task manager.
I think it might have something to do with the USB remote it tries to install for the card but I also have Logitech mx5000 bluetooth keyboard and 1000 mouse.
earlier I was having issues with a couple of updates not working and one of the power users here read my error log and made me a custom repair file that fixed all the registry errors that had cropped up, then my updates worked again.
At the rate my install keeps having issues I may have to to a repair install too just to get everything sorted out again and the newest drivers working for this card.
