BSOD - BCCode: 101 on totally new rig!

I really hope someone is able to help me troubleshoot this issue!

I have recently bought and build a new computer - and Windows 7 Home Premium x64:

ASUS P8H67-M EVO B3 Sandy Bridge
Intel Core i7 2600 Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz
Zalman ZM600-HP Power Supply
Kingston 8GB DDR3 1333mHz (2x4) ValueRam
Sapphire Vapor-X HD 5850 1GB (ATI Radeon HD)
Seagate Barracuda Green 2000GB 64MB (2x)
Samsung SH-S223C Sata CD/DVD Drive and burner
LaCie FireWire 400 PCI Card (Texas Instruments chip)

This is the way I installed:

First I booted from the Windows 7 CD - formatted the harddrives and installed Windows on one of my two Seagate 2TB
When Windows opened, I installed a LAN driver for my motherboard (from the supplied CD)
I then connected to the internet and installed the newest drivers for the motherboard and graphiccard.
I also installed Avast Pro Antivirus.
Afterwards I started installing WinRar, Firefox, Adobe programs etc.

I checked the Device Manager, but everything was running fine... I thought.

Now I randomly get BSOD - for instance when I was typing this message!! (I had to retype everything now)

I have a dumpfile of the incident and I really hope someone can help me figuere out what is wrong - is it hardware? The CPU???

Here is the link for the .dmp file:

With hopes someone can help me out on this frustrating matter!!

Seems that there is a problem with the CPU itself

Run Prime 95 to test your CPU. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results

According to your dump file the issue is with your Processor. This occurs when the processor is non-responsive or is deadlocked.

Possible Solutions :

a) BIOS bug
b) a driver whose activity is causing the target processor to lock up
c) a hardware defect (temperature, voltage, dust

But its mainly caused by a defective CPU

Have run the Prime95 test for many hours now - 12 or something (with small FFTs) with no BSOD..
Going for the large now.
I will post the whole results.txt here afterwards right?

Has it bsod again? If so upload latest dump file please? How often does it crash?
Have you tried running in Safe mode w/networking for a longer period of time to see if it crashes then?

Thanks for replying! No it has not BSOD for a couple of days now. It seems very random when it happens.. usually just when surfing or in windows desktop - which I have done alot of both these days. Aswell as the stresstest.. I think it is very weird
