Download and install mse Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

    Enable windows firewall.

    Download and install http://phyxion.net/item/driver-sweeper.html

Download the most recent software/driver for your nvidia

Uninstall nvidia software/driver,restart in safe mode, run driver sweeper and clean any nvidia remaining fragments, restart in normal mode.

    Install the new nvidia software/driver.

    Update DirectX.
