Windows 7 Crashed during installation

I will explain this quickly as I know this is a known problem. I tried doing a clean reinstall because of crashes, but my computer crashed during the process. I try to load the installation back but I see no screen that says, "press any button to start installation." All I get are five options, boot in safe mode, boot with prompt, boot normally, etc. People have said to change settings in the BIOS but can you tell me what I need to change? Please if there is a way to solve this, post below of some warning that may happen if I change anything. My uncle told me doing things in BIOS can sometimes mess your computer up even more if something is done incorrectly, so please. The BIOS I have is a Phoenix Award BIOS. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64. Thank you.

I am not one of the experts here but you should be able to go into the BIOS and look in the Boot section for Boot Order or Boot Priority. Make sure your CD drive has a higher priority than your hard disk. SAve the settings and exit the BIOS (it should restart after you exit the BIOS).

After that, make sure your W7 CD is in the drive. You should be able to boot from the CD and restart the installation process.
