    Laptop BSOD Crashing

So I see this has been a problem for others and I'm just not sure where to go. So here's my error information:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: a
    BCP1: 0000000000000000
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF800035F6477
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

    About my Windows 7:
    - x64
    - the original installed OS on the system - Vista x64
    - an OEM or full retail version? - Full Retail

    - What is the age of system (hardware) - about 2 years old
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) - I've installed Windows 7 once and that was in March. I had the IT department at my school do it.

I really don't know what to do. Any and all help will be appreciated Thank you!

Dumps point to netw5s64.sys, Intel Wifi driver
Update it using update utility: Intel® Driver Update Utility or at Acer Support
