Win 7 Crash Dump )x0000007f

Have consistently been experiencing since purchase six months ago. Running Win 7 Home Premium x64 on Dell XPS 9100 with Core I7 and Zone Alarm Security Suite . All drivers are up to date. The crash happens when using software apps as well as when I am just using IE or Chrome. I have attached the Mini Dump files from the last three days. I have also implemented the "Disable Netbios over TCP IP" fix on the Symantec site at 2:00 PM today.
Thanks in advance for any help with this!

Two issues at least.

Malware apps

You have Kaspersky and Zone Alarm both known to cause BSOD's. I would remove both and replace with Microsoft Security essentials (at least to test)

http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe

http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe

Virtualbox (Vboxheadless)

Running at the time of several of these crashes. I would remove it to test and if essential re-install the newest version

Other items of note.

Update to SP-1

Old drivers needing updating

How To Find Drivers:
Quote:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
