Physical Memory Dump. With a brand new computer
Hi guys, I have a windows 7 x64, it was the very original installed OS on my asus k53e-b1 and I just bount my computer about a month ago. I know this topic has been gone through a lot and I have tried many ways to fix it...I just haven't found a good solution yet.
In a month, I have had about 5 physical memory dumps already.
I have 6 GBs of ram and it tells me in task manager that I have:
a total of 5928MB
Cached: 3003 MB
Available: 3165 MB (changes from that to around 4000MB though)
Free: hovering at 216 at the moment.
I don't think it's a bad ram... I just bought this laptop. I've tried many ways to see what exactly is the problem but I just can't find it. And my free memory is so scary low...
Any thoughts on why I'm having these memory dumps or how I can increase my free memory?
Note: Windows 7 system report says no problem with my ram... I wonder how people with only 2 GBs of Ram are pulling through with their windows 7 these days then... :/[/COLOR]
