Hello and Welcome to Seven Forums

Now to fix this completely there is a tutorial but it is quite advanced and if you do not feel comfortable with following this then I can give you tutorials on how to recover your data and then Reinstall Windows 7 either to Factory reset or Clean install

I think you are going to have to reinstall your files Since the startup repair bug is almost impossible to fix and the above solution is hit and miss

Do you have an install disk?

Also you will want to follow this to obtain your files if you do not have a backup
