    BSOD after sleep mode


    Hi Guys,

    I've been searching the web for answers for a while now and I cant seem to make sense of whats happening with my computer. Randomly, when i wake it up from sleep mode, i get the login screen and then the dreaded BSOD

    I bought it from a store a mths a go with windows 7 installed. I've barely installed or added anything else to it in that time.

    Hi MissBidgy welcome to SF :)

    Please follow these steps in this order,

    Update your ZTE Incorporated USB Modem/Serial Device Driver.

    Uninstall kaspersky from your system using kasremover

    Download and install MSE

    Enable windows firewall.

    ------------
    Finish with the above step and post back with any results.
