BSOD Please help!

Hello,
I have a PC I bought from a store about 3 months ago running i5 2400, Asus P8H67M-Pro, 8G DDR3 RAM, with a Sapphire 6790. The PC has Windows 7 Utlimate 64bits, and it has been running without problem until recently.
I do a bit of gaming once in a while, and never had any problem until 2 days ago. My PC would just BSOD after I started playing games for less than 20 mins, and the error message is as followed:

Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Technical information:
*** STOP: 0x000000D1
The BSOD would stay on and freeze, and I have to hit the power switch to turn off the PC.

The game I have been playing was FF XIV, and I never had any problem with it, however I have recently updated the driver for my Sapphire 6790, and the issue seems to happen after I did that. Sometime the PC won't even turn on after I hit the power switch, the power light would go on but no signal for the screen. Then I have to switch it off, and switch it back on, sometime it takes a few tries to get it on, and then it's BSOD again.

Can someone please help me identify the issue, thank you!

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.
