Win32 COM Surrogate error

today my computer is infected with COM Surrogate error, pls help people!

i already did the DEP solution and restart the computer still no good!

i have noticed that when i F5 or right click + refresh on the desktop, this error comes!

Have used SF Diagnostic tool and Zipped files as requested. I have uninstalled photoshop as I was told by searching somewhere and few others. Followed MS instructions to no avail. All help is much appreciated, Thank you. Acer E1-571 x64 5gb ram 500gb hd. Intel HD 4000 graphics.

please help to solve COM SURROGATE error
Okay i really dont know how to solve this issue, it happens today and since then whatever i do (restarting or shut down my pc) nothing helps... i cannot login to win 7... i can right click and refresh but i cannot open any application... when i open My Computer... the loading takes forever......

I've been getting that error when opening some of my video folders when I installed a codec package. I uninstalled it, but still have the eror. Anyone know a solution to this? I'm using Windows 7 64bit.
