BSOD after resuming from hibernation.
Hey,
So I've been having recurring instances where my laptop would BSOD about 10-20 minutes after I resume it from hibernation (not sleep). The "System" process uses up a core (25% total CPU usage) the entire time before it BSODs. During this time, my USB ports are nonfunctional. In the end, I have to either force reboot or wait until it BSODs and reboots itself. I've also tried isolating the process causing "System" to hang, and found that it had to do with a USB process and hal.dll. I had no idea where to go after that.
I've only had this laptop for about 3 weeks, but wanted to clean install my own Win 7 Ultimate 64bit.
One last thing to mention is that the only USB device attached is the receiver dongle for my Logitech wireless mouse.
Thanks for the help.
