BSOD 12 in the past day randomly

Just built this new computer about a month ago, and didn't give me any problems. After Googling the error code it brought me to this site. (my comp crashed since then and I forgot the error code, i think it was something like BBC: 50) Maybe you guys can have a crack at it. My tech knowledge is somewhat limited but I did build this computer part for part and had a friend install the OS. I started having these problems after installing "Logitech gaming software v8.12" and thought that's what it was, I've since then removed this software and still having problems.

Here's my dump report and system diagnostic http://www.filedropper.com/desktop_34

    system specs
    ASUS Sabertooth 990x MB
AMD Phenom II x6 1100t hex core processor
Wester Digital caviar black 1tb 7200 RPM HDD
    8 gigs DDR3 1333 ram OCZ
    Nvidia GTX 275 GFX card

The OS is windows 7 ultimate 64 bit w/ SP1

    Any help is greatly apriceated
