Random BSODs + Memory Dump Fail

Hey. I've been having a lot of trouble with my PC lately. Randomly it has been freezing and going to a bsod. It started a couple months ago but recently has been getting worse. When it occurs the mouse gets very buggy and ultimately freezes up and then goes to BSOD.

    Computer Specs
    Custom built
    Vertex 2 SSD
    Hitachi 500g HD
    64x Windows 7 Ultimate (OEM)

    Heres the latest error i've received... 0x000000F4 (0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA8009FE85A0, 0xFFFFFA8009FE8880, 0xFFFFF80002D9F8B0)
Physical Memory Dump Fail Status 0xC0000010

I Included the minidump files but it says they haven't been modified since May. Also included everything that was recommended on instruction page.

I suspect your CPU to be our cause. Test it with Prime95, there's a tutorial below. Run Small FFT - Large FFT - Blend.

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

Monitor your temperature during the process. :)

Thanks. I heard this is a great forum but that could be upsetting. I've actually fooled around a bit with my processor and OC'ed it for a month or so but ended putting back to stock. I've always monitored my temps and currently have the Corsair H50 keeping it in the mid 30c at idle. However i'll run a stress test to check again. How long should i run it for and run all 3 or just blend?

Leave the test running for up to 6 hours, unless errors occur sooner. Oh and, I recommend running all three. :)

    Appreciate you chosen this forum,

Its been running close to 3 hours now. Temps have been stable at low 60's. I don't think the CPU is the problem.
