    debugging/error logging program

I am looking for a debugging program that will record events as they happen beyond event viewers capabilities. I currently am having intermittent crashes on my PC and event viewer isn't helping much.

This happened about thirty minutes ago and the only errors that might help that I see are as follows:
    1) Critical -- Kernel Power -- EventID: 41 -- System Log
    2) Error -- BugCheck -- EventID: 1001 -- System Log
    >>The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0x85745510, 0x92219152, 0xc000009a, 0x00000004). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 081811-21715-01.
    3) Error Message from Windows upon restart
    >> Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
    Application Name: explorer.exe
    Application Version: 6.1.7600.16768
    Application Timestamp: 4d6878c3
    Fault Module Name: StackHash_b4ee
    Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0
    Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000
    Exception Code: c0000005
    Exception Offset: 5f5614c0
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033
    Additional Information 1: b4ee
    Additional Information 2: b4ee5de6a2322745523997a782b35692
    Additional Information 3: 277e
    Additional Information 4: 277e19c30fbd5f6bb531ec9e027c37c3

I'd greatly appreciate any help on this matter and hope someone can also provide a name for some sort of software that operates like Dr. Watson or any other hardware error logger.

    Thanks

    STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

    Code:

This is an I/O error. I would run a hard drive scan

Hard drive scan usings SeaTools - SeaTools for Windows | Seagate - Both long and short tests

I'll look into that. I just did a fresh format though, switching from a 64 bit OS to a 32 bit OS. I was experiencing this before the format, and now after the format. Any other input would be greatly appreciated.

I just received an error while using my computer again. I was trying to pull open my bookmarks in firefox when the computer froze for about a minute then it unfroze, saying that my NVIDIA driver kernel failed but had recovered. I have an Nvidia GTX 465

I have an extra video card I can use to rule out my current one, but wont be able to switch them out till tommorrow.

If anyone can point me to any other possible culprits other than video, I'd appreciate it.

Im still looking for a good program that records hardware errors and information about them to implement so I can get a more precise indication of where the fault lye's.

    Thanks

The intermittent crash is still persisting, this post I'm going to be attaching a dump zip file.

The event viewer still shows: Critical -- Kernel Power -- EventID: 41 -- System Log
    The System Error Report shows:
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 116
    BCP1: 865FB008
    BCP2: 9301C152
    BCP3: C000009A
    BCP4: 00000004
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

My computer will be a year old as of the new year. It is currently running x86 on Windows 7 professional. I recently relocated elsewhere in the US and am going to make sure all hardware is seated after this post. I'd appreciate any help I can get.

I'm pretty sure this problem has been fixed. My ASUS mobo has lights that indicate errors if they light a certain way. I noticed the RAM light was staying steady upon boot. The DIMMS I had (2 dimms, one 2gb, one 4gb,) were incompatible and in the wrong dimm slots. I adjusted the RAM and havent had any issues since. Though I'd give input of how I came about fixing my issue.

Can you post how did you adjust the RAM, and what exactly did you change there?

I'm having the same issue since 24h ago, and I didn't install any new hardware or software.

I thought it was heat related but I ruled that out.

    Update:
    I solved the issue.
Just as i thought, it wasn't heat related nor driver related, since i didnt CHANGE anything, I always disable auto updates all that sort of crap.

The card is factory OC'ed and is almost 3 years old, running full time gaming daily.
Anyway I found a program called "PowerStrip" that you can change CORE + MEMORY clock on the Video card.

I googled the standard specs of the card and just lowered my speed to that, no more crashes.
but now im going to buy a new card :)
