    Sorry for being slow at posting back (been held up at work >,<), I have done everything you said Panais, updated my drivers and updated windows, it's working better so far but I still get some blue screens every once in a while.

    In this order,

    Update your Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC
    Realtek

    Download,install and update SUPERAntiSpyware.com - Downloading File

    Enter in safe mode and full scan with malwarebytes.

    Restart
    and again full scan in normal mode.

    Run Disk Check Select also and end enable the Scan and Attempt Recovery of Bad Sectors option.

    Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+
