Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+170cd8 )
From here it could still be 3 things:
1. Incorrect powerlan/energysaving settings on graphics card. Check both powerplan and energysettings in your Devices screen. Do not do ANY powersaving.
2. Driver problem. Re-do the steps to update Graphics driver as in my earlier post, in admin mode if needed: Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable
3. Graphics card HW... let's hope it is not this option. Only way to check is to replace/borrow etc...
