    Locking Up On Shutdown

Hi have just installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and I have been experiencing lockups on shutdown for the past week even after a fresh install. So far I have not had a bluescreen. It seems I only have problems during shutdown. And event viewer shows nothing since I have to force shutdown otherwise It will just stay on the shutting down screen which is frozen

Just tried the hotfix doesn't work, says this update is not acceptable to your computer. And I downloaded the right one x64 version.

You can try a system restore to before it was happening.

I tried a fresh install and still have the same problem. I think it might be a driver issue and I am pretty sure all of my drivers are up to date.

If you think it is a driver then you can try running driver verifier and see if it catches anything

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    Fresh Install BSOD

Just got a BSOD while browsing in Firefox and downloading Crysis in Steam. I have been having a lot of problems in the past month with locking up on shutdown and BSOD's. I thought I solved my problem with updating ATK Utility, but I guess not
