random bsod

Unfortunately I can't find a minidump on my system, but I ran a system health report and the BSOD memory dump thing and attached them.

After it crashes, I can't reboot normally or it wont find my boot disk. I have to completely shutdown and start back up again.

Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T (no OC)
8GB Gskill Sniper DDR3 (2 x 4GB)
OCZ Agility 3 60GB SSD (boot disk)
2 Hitachi drives (striped volume, only has documents/games on it)
MSI R6950 Twin frozr 2 (factory OC)
ASUS M4A89TD PRO/USB3 (default settings)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I need to provide any other information, please don't hesitate to ask.

Without minidump the best we can do is
The CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION bug check has a value of 0x000000F4. This indicates that a process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.

I would run a system file check and ensure minidumps were enabled.

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.


To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

I ran system file check, "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

I also changed the settings so minidumps would be created. As soon as it happens again I'll upload the minidump folder.

It's happened two more times now and a minidump still hasn't been created even though I've set it to as per the instructions above.

Nope, no MEMORY.dmp either.

This makes absolutely no sense to me but this is what happened:

1. Computer starts blue screening randomly
2. I reformat the ssd and reinstall windows
3. Computer is still blue screening randomly
4. I create this thread and set the computer to create minidumps
5. Computer keeps blue screening, never creates a minidump
6. Blue screens become more frequent, now happening several times a day
7. I reformat and reinstall Windows yet again
8. Blue screens gone along with the errors I used to get when shutting down
