    BSOD with unknown reason


    I am getting blue screens but I am not sure what is causing it.
    System spec:
    Windows 7 home basic 64 bit
    Original
    OEM
    age of system- 1 day
    age of OS inst.- 1 day

    attached my dump files zipped

    Related to JME.sys NDIS 5.x Driver from JMicron Technology Corp. I would remove it to test or failing that update it to the newest available driver.

    Thanks for fast reply. will removing it disable any of the functionality of my laptop? where can I find updated driver for it?

    I dont know. You might want to check with the mfr of the software for both its use and the update.

    Thanks for the warning Zigzag. I had no problems but I won't go there again. I will delete that web sit just to be sure I don't hurt anybody.
